Organizational Quality Services
In an effort to help Schools, Colleges, Universities, Not-for-Profit, and For-Profit Organizations develop a quality mindset, Progressus Education Services (PES) and Quality Management Institute (QMI) are partnering to offer a quality management (QM) service that helps clients develop QM as a practice within their organization. The partnering organizations bring together field and process knowledge that will help their respective audiences gain the content of QMI applied through the lens of PES. This service is designed to analyze concerns within organizations, prepare training and solutions, and help organizations begin to operate effectively and efficiently within these areas.
Quality Leadership Mentoring
For the individual who would like additional assistance implementing what they've learned through the Quality Management Certification process, PES can mentor the individual. Through the process, a PES team member will help the individual look all the aspects of their life through the lens of quality management for greater productivity and fulfillment.
Workforce Development Program
In a time when the American and international workforce suffers from lack of preparedness for the field, Progressus offers a service to help organizations ready their team. Our Workforce Development Program uses this formula to describe our plan:
At Progressus, we believe that a workforce prepared with the foundational skills of Reading, Writing, and Arithmetic and trained in 2QR® principles will be a workforce that is ready to support the growth of the organization. We provide competency-based and for-credit options of the 3 R's and QM training for an organization's workforce.
Franklin Scholars Program
Progressus, with its vision to affect the workforce of the next generation, has developed the Franklin Scholars program in partnership with the Quality Management Institute. This scholars program is based on the example of the common-sense ingenuity of Benjamin Franklin that lead to the many accomplishments of his life time.
The Scholars program is a quality-based, 12-semester hour, for-credit college certificate program that students can complete along with designated development opportunities and events designed to prepare students for either further education or the workforce. The courses are based on the highly-sought training program offered by the Quality Management Institute, led by Dr. Larry Kennedy. Dr. Kennedy is an Apollo-era NASA engineer who went on to be the protege of Philip Crosby, one of the "big three" in the first quality revolution. The courses are offered in partnership with several accredited colleges around the United States. For more information, click here.
